Analyst/Sr Analyst, Benefits Performance and Reporting

Analyze and support benefits strategy within the Benefits Strategy and Planning team. You’ll perform plan design analysis across pharmacy, disability, income protection, and dental, drive actuarial valuation data readiness by collecting and reconciling census data, and prepare/support Form 5500 compliance filings. Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting for business leaders, evaluate industry trends and competitive strategies, and oversee vendor and regulatory requirements to ensure plan provisions are administered correctly.
