Key Responsibilities

•Support the Chief Transformation Officer and enterprise transformation office with rigorous program management, executive synthesis, cross-functional coordination, and value capture.
•Act as a trusted challenger to pillar sponsors, workstream leaders, and initiative owners by stress-testing assumptions and elevating plans aligned to enterprise value.
•Drive performance rigor by identifying underperformance early, challenging root causes, and ensuring clear owned actions are defined.
•Coordinate across multiple transformation workstreams and functional teams to maintain alignment, sequencing, and delivery discipline.
•Track KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and value capture; escalate gaps and bottlenecks to enable timely intervention and decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
•Approximately 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, transformation, PMO, strategic program leadership, operating model redesign, or enterprise performance improvement roles.
•Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise transformations, cost and productivity programs, operating model redesign, or large-scale cross-functional change initiatives.
•Strong executive communication and presentation skills to synthesize complex information into concise leadership materials and recommendations.
•Proven ability to challenge assumptions constructively, influence senior leaders, and drive accountability without direct line ownership.
