Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather requirements from cross-functional partners and other restaurant brands to execute BOH, tax, menu, and related data changes.
  • •Execute data changes for national promotions, market tests, and tax/fee updates across menu channels.
  • •Create and maintain datasets for restaurant-level inventory and product projection for BOH systems, including KDS data.
  • •Ensure data changes are tested for flawless, on-time deployments with minimal errors and service disruption.
  • •Lead and support a team of data analysts, handle help desk incidents/escalations (including non-business hours), and communicate status and priorities to leaders and partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,300 - 105,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred (not required).
  • •3-5 years of experience in restaurant technology.
  • •Leadership and/or project management experience preferred.
  • •Proven ability to lead a high-performing team of data analysts.
  • •Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and expertise in inventory and projection management systems.
