Key Responsibilities

•Supervise multiple Wireline and Perforating crews performing daily well site services.
•Manage crew competency by hiring, disciplining, terminating, and assessing crew competence using performance data.
•Promote and apply Halliburton Management System (HMS) methods and coordinate CPI for the PSL.
•Drive HSE compliance using tools like JSA and HOC, and conduct follow-up on irregular/unplanned events.
•Investigate accidents, injuries, and incidents using Taproot and drive implementation of new Wireline/Perforating technology at client sites.

•Hire, discipline, and terminate crew members; use competency and performance data to improve job performance metrics.

•Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards using tools such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Observation Programs (HOC).
•Requires an undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration, or similar disciplines, plus at least 3 years of Wireline and Perforating field operations experience.
