Job Summary

Serve as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees across the UK and Europe, advising on HR policies, processes, and employment matters. Support employee relations cases, manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and maintain accurate records in Dayforce HRIS. Partner with Talent Acquisition for a strong candidate experience and help roll out people policies to ensure compliance across regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely, accurate guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and employment matters.
•Support employee relations cases including attendance, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances; escalate complex cases to the HRBP as needed.
•Own the employee lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, probation, contractual changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the Dayforce HRIS.
•Support rollout and communication of people policies and HR documentation across UK and European teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 30,000 - 35,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling, or multi-site business.
•Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, with confidence applying it to day-to-day situations.
•Exposure to multi-country HR environments, with experience in European employment practices a plus.
•Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, able to build trust quickly with managers and employees.
•High attention to detail when handling employee data, contracts, and sensitive documentation.
