Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on strategic partnerships and trading arrangements, including strategic alliances, partnership agreements, cooperation agreements, incentive agreements, exchange integrations, staking, co-investments, and alliances.
  • •Draft, negotiate, and manage high-stakes commercial agreements, joint ventures, and technology alliances to support safe business growth.
  • •Advise on complex cross-border transactions, crypto product structuring, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance.
  • •Provide commercially actionable guidance by translating complex legal and regulatory issues for product, engineering, and executive teams.
  • •Collaborate with product development and business development teams to align new products, services, and initiatives with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold a law degree and be eligible to practice as an advocate.
  • •Senior lawyer with at least 10+ years of experience at a law firm, digital assets firm, or top-tier financial institution.
  • •Proven deal-level experience in strategic partnerships, including cooperation agreements and incentive agreements.
  • •Meaningful experience drafting playbooks and creating fallbacks guides is a plus.
  • •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural, growth-oriented environment with strong drafting and communication skills.
