Job Summary

Ensure clients’ network security infrastructures remain operational by monitoring work queues, investigating incidents, and resolving requests within SLA. Provide second-level support, identify root causes, and communicate with teams and clients during escalations. Execute risk-aware changes, follow shift handovers, and collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks. Audit and improve ticket quality, recommend knowledge updates, and contribute to trend analysis and disaster recovery testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitors work queues and resolves incidents/requests within agreed SLA.
•Investigates and logs incidents/problems, identifies root causes, and provides second-level support.
•Updates tickets with resolution actions, captures required information, and communicates with other teams/clients for extended support.
•Executes changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans, ensuring proper approvals and compliance.
•Audits and analyses incident/request tickets for quality, recommends improvements/knowledge article updates, and contributes to trend analysis and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Certifications relevant to Palo Alto security services (e.g., Palo Alto Network Security Analyst, Palo Alto Security Service Edge Engineer, or Palo Alto SD-WAN Engineer).
•Fluent English (mandatory).
•Moderate level of relevant managed services experience handling security infrastructure.
•Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.
