Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for outerwear categories using a multi-sourcing approach.
  • •Onboard new manufacturing partners and coach them on operating within a rapid replenishment, Manufacturer-to-Consumer environment.
  • •Educate partners on the Quince Operating System, including operational excellence, ROIC, and technical integration via the Vendor Portal.
  • •Drive continuous improvement toward KPIs for quality, replenishment lead time, in-stock rate, and margin-accretive performance.
  • •Lead catalog expansion with Merchandising and Product Development teams and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years at a director level in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, or Supplier Management with major US-based retailers.
  • •Strong apparel category factory/partner connections globally, including APAC, IST, and EMEA regions.
  • •Experience leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market, with knowledge of key regional materials.
  • •GM mindset with supply chain background and manufacturing experience (lean/JIT).
  • •Deep cost understanding for the categories, able to drive cost savings via clean sheets and negotiation tactics.
