Job Summary

Design and deliver Salesforce Field Service (SFS) solutions for customer implementations, partnering with customers and internal teams to solve complex business challenges. Lead technical strategy for advanced scheduling/optimization, maintenance plans, and assets; troubleshoot issues to resolution; and create design documents integrating Salesforce into customer infrastructure. Architect data-driven services using Data Cloud and Einstein, using AI-first development practices to accelerate development while ensuring security, performance, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customer solutions for Field Service by combining consultancy, technical development, and delivery using Salesforce Field Service Platform (SFS).
•Lead the strategy for complex SFS features including scheduling & optimization, maintenance plans, and assets with multi-level hierarchies.
•Provide guidance on application/integration development best practices, solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce platform education.
•Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and drive evaluations of business/technical requirements to successful resolution while managing risk proactively.
•Contribute to Services Practice growth by identifying and leading internal initiatives, mentoring teammates, and mentoring/educating customer and partner colleagues; champion an AI-first development workflow.
•Architect data-driven solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein to drive predictive service outcomes and automated technician insights.

Key Requirements

•B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science (or equivalent relevant experience).
•6–9 years overall experience with at least 3 years on the Salesforce platform.
•Experience designing and developing Salesforce Field Service implementations, including custom code and components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
•Hands-on experience customizing the Field Service Mobile app, including LWC for Mobile and offline-priming logic.
•Experience with enterprise architecture topics (integration technologies, single sign-on, master data management) and modern DevOps toolchains (SFDX, GitHub, CI/CD).
