Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution for the East region, translating global and Americas direction into compelling, locally relevant store experiences.
  • •Plan and deliver seasonal floor sets, product launches, window installations, mannequin styling, visual rotations, events, pop-ups, renovations, and new store openings.
  • •Optimize product placement and visual storytelling by balancing creative excellence with commercial priorities using sales performance and sell-through/inventory data.
  • •Adapt global guidelines to store architecture, assortment, stock availability, and customer needs while protecting brand integrity and consistency.
  • •Coach and develop Visual Merchandisers and store teams; manage regional VM calendars, tools/props/vendors, installations, travel, and approved expenditures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 125,000 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years of progressive visual merchandising experience in fashion, luxury, premium, or high-volume retail, including multi-store or regional responsibility.
  • •People leadership experience preferred, with the ability to coach, train, and build accountability for visual standards.
  • •Portfolio required showing strong examples of windows, mannequin styling, product presentation, floor planning, installations, and execution.
  • •Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to interpret sales, sell-through, inventory, and assortment data and translate insight into visual actions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and visual planning/design tools is advantageous.
