Associate Director - Project Controls - Rail Project

Lead project controls for a major rail infrastructure program, overseeing planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting across the full lifecycle. Build and implement project controls frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and progress measurement for senior stakeholders. Coordinate integrated delivery with engineering, construction, and commercial teams, support change management and claims, ensure compliance, and mentor the project controls team.
