Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking.
  • •Oversee multimodal transport routing (air, ocean, surface) and coordinate dispatch/receipt schedules with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • •Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damage, and customs holds, including contingency planning and root-cause investigations.
  • •Ensure customs and trade compliance by validating import/export documentation, HS code classifications, origin criteria, and valuation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field with professional certifications (e.g., CGBP or CCS).
  • •5–7 years of experience in import/export operations, customs brokerage, or related logistics work.
  • •Proficiency with customs declaration software and trade compliance platforms.
  • •Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • •Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs laws, Incoterms, and international freight documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists).
