•Design and build internal applications and dashboards for self-service visibility into data and workflows.
•Connect SaaS systems and APIs and build automations that eliminate manual, repetitive work across teams.
•Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting layers, and internal data access to keep business data trustworthy and usable.
•Own internal platform and developer experience, deploying tooling and shared services that help internal tools ship and run reliably.
•Apply AI and LLMs to internal tooling (including copilots/assistants and AI coding tools) and set standards for security, reliability, and maintainability.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 annually

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems end-to-end.
•Strong full-stack ability to build backend services/APIs and internal UIs and dashboards.
•Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms, and building automations and data flows between systems.
•Solid grounding in data, including SQL, pipelines, and modeling data for reporting and internal access.
•Hands-on AI experience using AI coding tools and integrating LLMs/AI APIs into software you ship.
