Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble standard panelboard, control product, and some custom product assemblies using standard operating procedures and bill of materials.
  • •Perform visual inspections of materials before and after assembly to drawings and specifications, including functional operation and appearance checks.
  • •Make mechanical adjustments as needed based on inspection results.
  • •Perform pack and ship duties, maintain equipment, and perform housekeeping using 5S principles.
  • •Assist with on-the-job training, support plant/department goals, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution.

  • •Ability to read, comprehend, and apply basic math with effective communication and teamwork skills.
