Lead software development teams delivering secure, scalable enhancements for enterprise mainframe applications and replication/middleware systems. •Build and maintain a high-performing Denver-based team by hiring, retaining talent, and delegating project work.
•Lead end-to-end software delivery from backlog refinement through build, test, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
•Oversee requirements translation into system design and own architecture decisions for complex products and releases.
•Manage development resources for IBM Mainframe Settlement and Reporting AND GGS applications, ensuring delivery feasibility and acceptance criteria alignment.
•Provide leadership in incident response, remove blockers, coach engineers, and integrate AI capabilities responsibly with governance and compliance.

Travel: Low travel

•Strong background in requirements gathering, system design, and architecture for complex software solutions.
•Enterprise-scale development experience including code development, review, and debugging, plus incident response and resolution.
•Strong knowledge of IBM Mainframe technology and prior experience with Golden Gate Software or similar replication/middleware technology.
