Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the IT procurement process, partnering with Technology Services leadership on contract renewals and net-new contracts and supplier improvement via SRM.
  • •Negotiate favorable contract renewals and net-new contracts in collaboration with the Legal team on drafting and execution.
  • •Own the end-to-end PO procurement process, including sending purchase orders, confirming acknowledgement, expediting, and confirming suppliers are paid.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze procurement data and provide reports using MS SQL and Snowflake (including support using AI coding tools such as Claude or Codex).
  • •Maintain procurement budgets, follow up on invoice discrepancies, communicate PO status to requesters, and execute ad-hoc procurement requests outside the procurement system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or 8+ years of experience in Procurement or Accounting.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and MS Excel, plus experience with ERP systems and/or dedicated e-procurement platforms (preferred: Coupa).
  • •Knowledge of the procurement lifecycle with strong accuracy, responsiveness, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to organize workload efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and problem-solve effectively with input and follow-up from management.
  • •CPSM certification is a plus.
