Job Summary

Design high-impact product experiences end-to-end, from concept through delivery, for AI-native product teams. •Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovative solutions across touchpoints.
•Work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and support ambitious long-term and pragmatic short-term goals.
•Define and drive UX strategy for the product area, translating complex problems into scalable solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
•Partner with other designers to foster growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing.
•Champion customer-centric product thinking and advocate for exceptional UX throughout the product development lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 125,800 - 170,100 annually

•5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web and mobile SaaS products.
•Mastery of tools such as Figma, Figjam, Claude, and the ability to select the right tool for the task.
•Applied experience using LLM-driven tools (e.g., Claude Design, Figma Make, Codex) and understanding their pitfalls.
•Strong visual taste and interaction design skills demonstrated in your portfolio.
•Ability to communicate design impact, rationale, and trade-offs, with curiosity and proactive problem-solving for customer pain points.
