Job Summary

Build trusted client relationships by having in-depth conversations in-branch and by phone to uncover financial wellness needs. Meet individual activity and sales goals by opening consumer and small business accounts, deposit products, lending, and CDs, while providing customized recommendations. Partner with branch and line-of-business teams to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships, manage centers of influence, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related financial products (e.g., deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
•Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teams to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions.
•Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•1+ years of experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking) (required).
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
