Key Responsibilities

  • •Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end, including application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, activation, and Salesforce partner record maintenance.
  • •Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: validate deal registrations within SLA, execute marketplace authorizations/private-offer processing with cloud alliance teams, and report end-customer transactions for revenue attribution.
  • •Run direct (1P) reseller operations: manage partner quotes and order forms, handle order booking/provisioning, and coordinate commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, including local invoicing and consumption-tax handling.
  • •Manage regional-side reseller incentives: validate quarterly payout eligibility, handle partner disputes with the global incentives team and Finance.
  • •Stand up first-line operational support during local business hours, localize onboarding/deal-registration/ordering content, manage outsourced capacity, and produce regional reporting (cycle time, activation/attach, attributed revenue) to drive fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company across both cloud-marketplace and direct/contract-based resale motions.
  • •Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English to operate daily with partners in both regions and collaborate with a US-based team.
  • •Practical knowledge of cloud marketplace reseller programs (authorizations, private offers, deal registration) and/or deep experience in one motion with the ability to learn the other quickly.
  • •Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing and the Finance/Deal Desk/Legal coordination those workflows require.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting and data maintenance) and comfort acting as the only regional operations person while working with a globally distributed team.
