Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Scaled Higher Education business across LATAM, driving strategy, planning, execution, and results for universities with fewer than 5,000 students.
  • •Manage and grow a broad university portfolio by building relationships with stakeholders and developing scalable sales approaches.
  • •Drive university-wide adoption by demonstrating Canva’s value, navigating the buying process, and supporting successful deployments across departments and faculty.
  • •Build a healthy, predictable business by managing pipeline and prioritizing time across new opportunities and expansions to consistently meet targets.
  • •Use data and user/market insights to identify growth opportunities and partner with Customer Success to share insights and scale repeatable strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Higher Education or Education Technology, including how universities evaluate, purchase, and adopt technology.
  • •Fluency in Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) to engage and build relationships across the LATAM region.
  • •Strong sales experience owning a territory or portfolio, managing pipeline and sales cycles, and working toward revenue targets.
  • •Experience selling SaaS or education technology solutions is highly valued.
  • •A consultative approach to selling, including building business cases and supporting technology adoption from initial interest through broader rollout.
