Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain a PUMA motion code library and related standardized data/motion-code libraries with IT and T1 suppliers.
  • •Execute supplier consumption audits for cost adherence and improve material consumption values for PUMA.
  • •Implement SMV data validation at the T1 base, performing regular audits for data checks and verification.
  • •Drive marker efficiency and pattern area improvements, assessing factors like fabric width, grain line, shrinkage, defects, nap/print direction, size ratio, and cutting feasibility.
  • •Support costing initiatives and strategic projects (e.g., ONE COSTING), including adaptation/integration of tools such as SMV validation via AI tool, and conduct select full-garment production process audits.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Industrial engineering degree or equivalent.
  • •GSD/GST certification or similar.
  • •In-depth experience with different CAD programs.
  • •Strong 5+ years experience in garment manufacturing, supplier quality, production engineering, or factory process control.
  • •Fluent English; work experience and travel/work permit in Cambodia, Vietnam, China, and Bangladesh.
