Job Summary

Seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to hunt for new B2B crypto partnerships, build pipelines, and drive early-stage opportunities. You’ll attend crypto events, qualify needs, and collaborate with BTSE’s Enterprise Solutions team to position White-Label Exchange, Wallet, and crypto payment solutions. You’ll develop a book of business, reach potential customers through events and outreach, and work with the technical team to tailor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospecting: attend crypto events/conferences to identify partners and customers and introduce BTSE to them
•Discovery: understand customer needs and tailor conversations to different levels, cultures and business contexts
•Build your own book of business and pipeline, advancing customers through the sales cycle toward closing
•Identify ways to reach more customers through events, cold emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
•Collaborate with the technical team to solve problems and create customized solutions for clients

Key Requirements

•Native/fluent in English comfortable to give presentations
•You’re hungry. Experience is not everything and we’re looking for teachable hard working individuals who want to grow with us
•Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Able to figure things out on their own with an entrepreneurial mindset
•Take initiative, ownership and execute based on goals and guidance
