Key Responsibilities

  • •Define software product requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
  • •Own software backlogs, prioritization, release planning, scope management, and roadmap execution.
  • •Lead embedded software development, integration, testing, validation, and release activities.
  • •Provide technical leadership to JDM software teams and review solutions for architecture, coding standards, security, and quality compliance.
  • •Govern software execution across technical/quality/milestone reviews, managing risks, technical debt, and delivery issues while communicating progress and metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • •Proven experience leading software development projects involving JDM, ODM, OEM, EMS, or external development partners.
  • •Strong proficiency in embedded C/C++ software development and embedded software architecture/design principles.
  • •Experience with RTOS-based embedded systems and MCU platforms.
  • •Strong knowledge of communication interfaces/protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT) and hardware-software integration (board bring-up, debugging, system validation).
