Job Summary

On-site Equipment Engineer to support ASML lithography systems at customer sites in Taichung. Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site technical support for ASML equipment, ensuring system availability and performance meet customer expectations
•Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers (CSE) to perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance
•Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and system upgrades according to standard procedures
•Analyze system issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) with cross-functional teams
•Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement actions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
•0-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or relevant engineering roles
•Experience in lithography, vacuum systems, optics, or precision equipment is a plus
•Fresh graduates with strong technical background are encouraged to apply
•Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
