Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site technical support for ASML equipment, ensuring system availability and performance meet customer expectations
  • •Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers (CSE) to perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance
  • •Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and system upgrades according to standard procedures
  • •Analyze system issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) with cross-functional teams
  • •Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement actions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
  • •0-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or relevant engineering roles
  • •Experience in lithography, vacuum systems, optics, or precision equipment is a plus
  • •Fresh graduates with strong technical background are encouraged to apply
  • •Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
