Software Development Specialist

Administer and support enterprise infrastructure across Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms. Perform OS hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, and manage access/permissions aligned with security policies. Monitor health, availability, capacity, and performance; handle incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; and execute backup/restore and disaster recovery activities. Maintain runbooks, SOPs, inventories, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure dependencies while participating in on-call and change management.
