Job Summary

Drive go-to-market and commercial performance for the SEA Security Solutions portfolio (West/East). Own product strategy, roadmap, and innovation agenda-setting, including revenue, profitability, adoption, retention, and business-case delivery. Serve as senior product SME for customer engagements, RFPs, and executive conversations. Set pricing and billing models, monitor performance and fraud trends, and partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and delivery teams. Build partnerships and enable sales with value propositions and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own regional commercial performance for the SEA Security Solutions portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, adoption, retention, and business case delivery.
•Serve as senior product SME and client-facing expert, supporting customer engagements, executive conversations, solutioning workshops, and RFPs.
•Identify market needs, validate product concepts with customers, and build business cases for new solutions.
•Define and drive regional product innovation agenda and roadmap, including market-specific enhancements and local partnerships.
•Develop and execute GTM strategies, including bundling and pricing, and equip sales and account teams with value propositions, sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and training.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in product management.
•Strong understanding of security and risk customer challenges in the payments industry.
•Proven experience in GTM strategy, pricing, and customer engagement.
•Familiarity with Southeast Asia’s regulatory and fraud landscape.
•Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
