Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic finance partner to Engineering, Product, and leadership teams to drive financial planning and decision support with a primary focus on R&D
  • •Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close, accruals, capitalization policies, and other accounting considerations
  • •Partner with GTM, RevOps, Strategic Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment across company plans
  • •Own financial planning for key functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • •Develop and track metrics such as cost efficiency and headcount productivity to inform resource allocation and performance

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or related roles

  • •Strong financial modeling skills (scenario modeling, investment analysis, headcount planning)
  • •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a high-growth environment
  • •Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Pigment) and data tools; Advanced Excel proficiency required
