Work on TikTok business genAI and content understanding by advancing recommendation large models and unified multimodal learning. Build next-generation large-scale recommendation systems integrating multimodal large language models and the Agentic Rec framework, with focus on extreme-scale reasoning, multimodal fusion, and agentic long-horizon planning. Collaborate with researchers and infrastructure teams to improve recommendation relevance, diversity, and user engagement while producing state-of-the-art research outputs.
