Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary campaign project manager across global social initiatives, orchestrating rollouts and distribution across advocacy networks.
  • •Own and scale the enterprise Employee Advocacy program, leading strategy and execution for employee and executive advocacy adoption, content curation, executive positioning, and measurement.
  • •Partner with teams across the business (sales, content, product marketing, customer advocacy, channel marketing) to identify and optimize compliant, high-impact social content that drives pipeline.
  • •Manage policy guardrails, intake hygiene, brand page governance, and channel security in partnership with Legal, InfoSec, and Marketing Operations.
  • •Directly manage a Social Media Coordinator, overseeing intake queues, asset organization, publishing distribution pipelines, and automated workflows to protect team velocity.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience in social media strategy, enterprise campaign management, or leading global employee advocacy and enablement programs, plus a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
  • •Proven track record managing enterprise advocacy platforms and building Executive Advocacy and/or Social Selling programs.
  • •Strong project management background to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns across creative, PR, brand, community, and regional GTM teams.
  • •Hands-on experience with modern project management systems (e.g., Jira, Trello) and an understanding of how automated workflows streamline publishing pipelines.
  • •Experience managing direct reports and driving change management across complex global matrixed organizations.
