Key Responsibilities

•Set off on a pre-planned route as the driver with your team of Loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties
•Be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community
•Ensure vehicle safety checks are completed and the truck is clean and work-ready
•Carrying out waste and recycling collection duties in line with schedule and standards
•Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,374.45 annually
