Job Summary

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of promotional campaigns with retail partners to improve engagement and performance. Coordinate upselling opportunities with the account management team, surface partner discounts for use in activations, and ensure accurate deal/promotion visualization in the app. Audit live campaigns, align delivery across creative/CRM/performance/digital marketing teams, and analyze results to refine campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement campaign strategies in partnership with retail partners to drive engagement and performance.
•Identify upselling opportunities for smaller partners and support execution with the Account Management team.
•Collaborate with partner shops to source existing discounts and promotions to leverage in campaigns.
•Ensure accurate visualization of deals, discounts, and promotions in the app, including classifications and banner spaces; audit live campaigns for accuracy in messaging and offers.
•Track campaign performance, prepare reports and updates, and analyze metrics to refine short-, mid-, and long-term campaign goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•Minimum 2+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or similar roles.
•Basic analytical skills and a data-driven approach to support campaign performance.
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for organizing and presenting campaign data.
•Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing strategies.
