Job Summary

Deliver excellent in-store customer service while supporting store objectives as a Sales Associate cum Cashier. You’ll maintain designated sections by organizing and displaying merchandise, process sales exchanges and refunds accurately, keep the shop floor and cash desk tidy, and support stockroom organization and promotions. You’ll also cover Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier responsibilities when needed, complete opening/closing procedures, and follow training, compliance, and health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain responsibility for designated store sections (including folding and displaying merchandise) as instructed by the manager.
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately using various payment methods.
•Maintain housekeeping standards on the shop floor and ensure cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
•Provide quality customer service face-to-face or by telephone and maintain excellent stockroom organization.
•Cover key responsibilities of the Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier in their absence and ensure opening/closing cash desk procedures are followed efficiently.

Key Requirements

•Maintain responsibility for one or several store sections, keeping merchandise well-folded and displayed.
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately using various payment methods.
•Ensure good housekeeping on the shop floor and keep cash desk areas replenished and tidy.

•Organize and arrange stock efficiently while continuing to develop stock knowledge and promotions.
