Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the operational performance of a set of strategic suppliers.
  • •Define and control achievement of Group goals for Suppliers Key Processes Indicators with Business Units and purchasing segments.
  • •Ensure internal and external conditions are in place to sustainably improve performance.
  • •Anticipate external and internal operational risks and lead/execute supplier transformation plans for maturity, quality, and punctuality.
  • •Influence internal stakeholders in purchasing, quality, and supply chain, and participate in crisis Tiger Teams with increased on-site presence when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in industrial functions, supply chain or quality, including supplier relationship management.
  • •Experience improving supplier maturity in complex environments.
  • •Experience with audits, lean management, supply chain management, and problem-resolution methods.
  • •Ability to communicate and facilitate across international teams in French and English, and manage stakeholder influence effectively.
