Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess production materials and techniques to ensure product reliability and make recommendations to improve reliability.
  • •Set reliability requirements for components and systems aligned to company, customer, and governmental reliability objectives.
  • •Develop acceleration techniques and analytical tools to identify potential problems early in new products, packaging, and processes.
  • •Develop and implement quality assurance program policies; manage multiple projects and prepare/present quality management reports.
  • •Improve quality documentation and receiving inspection processes; perform FMECA, document CRAMS, and support supplier testing plans and PQP.
