Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a Services Design and Validation team to design, enable, govern, and continuously improve post-sales services across the product lifecycle.
  • •Translate business/product/service portfolio objectives into scalable service capabilities and executable operating models for consistent global delivery.
  • •Drive service enablement and readiness for new products, technologies, service offerings, lifecycle transitions, and transformations.
  • •Establish and continuously improve service operating models, governance frameworks, and lifecycle controls, including escalation paths and workflow ownership.
  • •Manage complex Services Engineering initiatives and lead cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Product Management, Technical Support, Education Services, Field Services, Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing, and other groups to deliver outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in engineering, services, operations, technical support, product management, program management, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience leading technical and/or cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience translating business/product/service strategy into scalable operational execution across the product lifecycle phases.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design and govern business processes, operating models, readiness frameworks, or lifecycle models in complex, matrixed environments.
