Key Responsibilities

•Ensure execution of the site integration strategy by managing RSO teams and associates through departmental setup and training.
•Equip local site teams with tools and training to launch production and implement new processes in IC facilities.
•Project manage key aspects of RSO Team initiatives while on site.
•Serve as a primary point-of-contact and resource for RSO Team members on assignment.
•When not traveling, oversee multiple reconditioning lines, identify throughput bottlenecks, run root-cause analysis, and conduct site performance reviews to meet production, cost, and quality targets.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Ability to travel 80% of the time.
•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and developing employees.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges through root cause analysis.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and openness to relocation (nationwide preferred).
