Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive execution of multiple key security initiatives, ensuring they are well-integrated, documented, and effectively support Welltech’s security goals.
•Collaborate with leadership to shape the team’s roadmap, providing your expertise.
•Mentor junior team members in the Security team to help them grow in their role.
•Collaborate with engineering, IT, and product teams to embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle and operational processes.
•Champion continuous improvement in Security Engineering by regularly reviewing processes, implementing automation, and driving standardization to enhance team efficiency and organizational impact

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience
•Proficiency with Python (especially writing Lambda functions)
•Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
•Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and secure deployment practices
•Very good knowledge of cloud platforms - AWS or Google Cloud
