Job Summary

Own technical implementations for Visa clients across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll lead project management support, gather and document client requirements, and provide consultative guidance on Visa products and processing changes. Coordinate with clients and processors to analyze endpoint and connectivity needs, manage parallel work alongside product development, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Build detailed plans, risk/mitigation documentation, and drive smooth integration using APIs and infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to meet agreed timelines.
•Coordinate with clients to analyze card program setup/endpoint requirements, facilitate endpoint connectivity, and formulate implementation solutions.
•Manage client projects in parallel with product development while adapting to a changing landscape.
•Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issue logs for internal and external communications.
•Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations and deliver client-facing support using API and infrastructure design expertise.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
•5+ years of experience in a customer support role in financial services, payment card, software, or information services.
•Understanding of digital payments and web-based technology including HTML, web-based service APIs, JSON, and XML.
•Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
•Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
