Key Responsibilities

•Sell the Company’s products and services to assigned and non-assigned accounts to achieve maximum profitability and market penetration/share.
•Match the Company’s technical, commercial and operational capabilities to customer needs through understanding their business and technical issues and delivering effective sales presentations.
•Call on assigned and non-assigned accounts to promote and sell the Company’s products and services.
•Play an active role in the business planning process.
•Directly create value via personal relationships with customers.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field within the Oil & Gas industry.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Account Management within the Oil & Gas sector.
•Experience with Completions technologies, preferably Sand Control and Intelligent Completions solutions.
•Experience identifying business opportunities and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
•Knowledge of commercial processes, contract management, and customer follow-up.
