Engineering manager - Value engineering

Lead a mechanical engineering group responsible for mechanical systems and equipment design, including staffing, technical mentoring, hiring/retention, and professional development. You’ll technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, ensure on-time product release and resolution of complex issues, and coordinate engineering resources with cross-functional teams. Define and sustain product strategy and roadmap, guide R&D for new mechanical engineering technologies, and ensure technical reviews and budget adherence.
