Job Summary

Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation by leading business readiness and organizational alignment for a global ERP rollout in India. Over the first 18–24 months, manage cross-border governance, conflict resolution, and “to-be” process ownership, including UAT and capability building. After implementation, expand into broader transformation, new product launches, and market entry initiatives. Lead end-to-end program management, governance frameworks, KPI/value tracking, and stakeholder coordination across functions and global partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end business readiness for ERP deployment in India, acting as the strategic translator between India business, local partners, and global stakeholders.
•Drive cross-border alignment by negotiating and resolving friction points and defining the local “to-be” operational state while safeguarding legal/regulatory needs.
•Own business readiness activities including UAT, business simulation, and capability building to enable a seamless transition.
•Lead end-to-end program management of transformation initiatives (including digital): planning, execution, governance, outcome tracking, and implementation partnership.
•Drive value realization and capability building by defining KPIs/success metrics, implementing governance and performance dashboards, and ensuring sustained adoption at scale.

Key Requirements

•BTech from a premier institute; MBA preferred.
•9–12 years’ experience in strategy consulting and/or in-house strategy/transformation.
•Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional change or digital transformation programs by influencing senior stakeholders without authority.
•Strong program management experience managing complex, multiple competing workstreams.
•Prior exposure to an ERP/SAP rollout ecosystem from a business governance, PMO, or change management perspective (technical SAP knowledge not required).
