Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cardboard cartons/trays for packing by folding, taping, sorting, and labeling cartons and securing ends.
  • •Perform visual inspections of final product packaging for integrity (e.g., seals, registration, code dates, prices) and remove out-of-spec product.
  • •Fill cartons/displays based on packaging specs, ensuring correct labels and sealing/taping when applicable.
  • •Stack the correct number of cartons/trays on pallets/skids using correct stacking patterns; use pallet jack for finished goods up to 300 lbs if applicable.
  • •Clear loose product, discard defective items, assist with rework, perform sanitation and housekeeping/5S tasks, and assist with line startup/equipment changeovers as needed.

Key Requirements
