Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting final costs and sales.
  • •Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts throughout the project.
  • •Measure, value, submit, and negotiate contract variations; provide commercial and contractual advice to project staff.
  • •Prepare, submit, and negotiate project final accounts, including certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
  • •Support purchasing budgeting and produce accurate formal reports; participate in HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and budget management across the project lifecycle.
  • •Proficiency in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and disputes.
  • •Ability to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables with strong project management skills.
  • •Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis, detailed reporting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • •ERP knowledge—SAP functional skills are required—and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying with professional qualification (e.g., CIOB or RICS).
