Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the proper placement of complex risks in the reinsurance market, advise clients, generate new business channels, provide support and international market quotations to Aon Retail, cedent companies and third party brokers, as well as develop new products and placement tools.
  • •Lead the market reservation process and manage the full placement cycle, preparing slips, cover notes, risk summaries, underwriting submissions, and technical documentation for accounts.
  • •Negotiate terms, conditions, capacity, and pricing with reinsurers, ensuring competitive and technically sound placements; support and lead renewals to improve terms and service levels.
  • •Prepare income sheets, layer structures, limits and retentions analyses, accumulation assessments, and exposure scenarios; manage portfolio movements including endorsements and scope changes.
  • •Provide claims support, coordinating communication with markets, gathering documentation, monitoring reserves and follow-up on settlements.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in insurance, ideally in technical lines.
  • •Previous experience in a reinsurance brokerage environment is a plus.
  • •Solid command of Excel and analytical tools for structuring limits, layers, retentions and accumulations.
  • •Intermediate English
