Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform production tasks to process meat products for the consumer.
  • •Use hand tools, knives (if trained), machinery, and other equipment to support the production line.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production environment using required PPE and sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
  • •Support coworkers and help create a positive, teamwork-focused work environment.
  • •Work the scheduled shift and may work overtime depending on production demands.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Perform continuous/repetitive movement tasks requiring grasping, pinching, and arm movement.

  • •Work around animal blood and/or carcass parts, including in cold or warm and wet/humid environments while using required PPE.
