Key Responsibilities

•Rapidly prototype and assess new technologies enabling hyper-personalized marketing and assistive field sales systems.
•Partner with enterprise and card tech organizations to build agentic marketing and sales systems.
•Establish and evangelize technical charters to help the organization adopt AI technologies.
•Bridge the gap between current and future systems while keeping existing systems healthy and serving the business.
•Provide architectural guidance, execute PoCs, and contribute/review code as needed; act as a trusted advisor on key technologies and non-functional characteristics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 244,700 - 279,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
•At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
•At least 3 years of experience with AWS.
•2+ years of experience working on applied and agentic AI systems.
