Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transactions including mergers and acquisitions, syndicated loans, high yield, initial public offerings, and other capital markets activities within the Industrials sector.
  • •Develop relevant and actionable strategic and financing ideas, create thematic pitch content and analyze relevant industry trends in the delivery of presentations to existing and prospective clients.
  • •Help establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision makers at the C-suite level within middle market and mid-corporate companies and financial sponsors.
  • •Prepare and present offering materials / CIMs / LPs to potential investors and rating agencies, negotiate critical structural elements and act as a quarterback in all phases of transaction execution with both clients and counterparties.
  • •Attend industry conventions and conferences to bolster industry knowledge, establish new relationships and support existing client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking and/or capital markets.
  • •Series 79 & 63 licenses.
  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's degree preferred, but not required.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with clients and internal decision makers.
  • •Ability to manage projects independently and assume a high level of responsibility.
