  • •Influence safe behaviors by recognizing, evaluating, and controlling hazardous workplace conditions to support employee safety and health.
  • •Assure compliance with federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements through initiatives, programs, reports, and trainings across multiple EH&S disciplines.
  • •Audit and evaluate policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Investigate and analyze injuries and near-misses, ensuring corrective actions are completed on time and required documentation is in place.
  • •Prepare documentation for audits and permits, liaise with governmental bodies, and oversee programs related to waste, water, air management, hazardous waste, and environmental remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of environmental health and safety experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • •Experience working with OSHA and federal and state environmental regulations in an aerospace manufacturing facility.
  • •Degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • •Professional EH&S certification (ASP, CSP, CIH, etc.).
