Lead Fidelity servicing operations for partner programs, translating CBWS transformation strategy into day-to-day execution across service delivery, quality, risk, productivity, and employee engagement. Build and develop leaders across a multi-layer organization, partner cross-functionally to implement servicing model and platform enhancements, and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience with scalable operations.

•Lead Fidelity servicing operations across assigned teams, functions, or regions to deliver consistent service levels, quality outcomes, and partner-aligned client experience.
•Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership across contact center and/or back-office operations to ensure service excellence, compliance, and scalability.
•Monitor and analyze performance across service, quality, productivity, and risk metrics, driving improvements to processes, workflows, and servicing models.
•Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and risk frameworks, partnering with risk, compliance, and audit teams on issues and remediation.
•Lead and develop a multi-layer organization, coaching leaders and frontline teams, strengthening bench strength, and driving employee engagement and succession planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,365 - 156,900 annually

•Knowledge of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
