Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for regional websites, defining what to build in what order and aligning to regional pipeline and awareness goals.
  • •Define and run measurement for regional web success, including metrics, targets, and reporting for marketing and regional leadership.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery pods (designers, engineers, content strategists, and regional marketers) to sequence work and unblock execution.
  • •Build and run the experimentation program for regional sites, including CRO, testing, and personalization strategy.
  • •Lead high-complexity initiatives such as new market launches, site architecture changes, and regional redesigns through launch and post-launch measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in web product management, digital experience, or web strategy with direct roadmap ownership for a high-traffic marketing site.
  • •Experience owning web experiences across multiple international markets, including localization for in-market relevance.
  • •Track record running web experimentation programs, including setting standards and interpreting results.
  • •Working knowledge of web analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, and A/B testing platforms) and building measurement structures.
